4. Content Ownership

All materials, content, and services provided on the LucyHR platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of LucyHR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • User Submissions: If you submit any content, feedback, or suggestions to LucyHR, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the platform.

  • Prohibited Use: Users may not use or reproduce LucyHR’s content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Termination of Services

LucyHR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms.

  • Your account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

  • LucyHR determines, in its sole discretion, that your actions may harm the platform or its users.

LucyHR strives to provide a reliable and secure platform; however, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business.

  • Any damages or disruptions resulting from factors beyond our control, such as interruptions, security breaches, or failures of third-party services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue using it.

7. Billing and Payment

LucyHR offers various subscription tiers to meet different user needs. By subscribing to LucyHR, you agree to the following billing and payment terms:

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed in advance on a recurring basis per the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

  • Payment Methods: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for subscription fees and applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods are listed on our platform’s billing FAQ.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment is unsuccessful, your access may be suspended until outstanding fees are paid.

LucyHR reserves the right to change subscription prices, provided you are notified in advance.

8. Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you before the renewal date.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. You may opt-out of auto-renewal in your account settings.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

LucyHR may adjust subscription prices periodically to reflect changes in service value or market conditions.

  • Notice of Price Changes: You will receive advance notice of any price adjustments. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance.

  • Opt-Out Option: If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
